In Home Sales Trainer w/promotion opportunity to Sales Manager (for a Market Leading Home Improvement Company)

Compensation & Benefits:
Year 1 - $80 – $120K based on experience and performance (base plus monthly bonus)
Future Years –Increase in salary & bonuses as your team improves and a promotion into a Sales Management role which earns $200 - $250K

Position Goals & Objectives:

1. Sales Training & Motivation - Continually educate, motivate and improve the performance of our successful 15+ roofing & gutter sales reps

2. Master the Sales Process - Be able to lead by example by learning the sales process yourself and close a high percentage of the leads that you take for training purposes

3. Hold Team Accountable - Continually monitor, watch videos, rehash calls, go on ride-a-longs and use all available tools to make sure activities are being done and the sales process is being followed

4. High Numerical Competency & Analytical - Communicate effectively & have good administrative skills to gather data, analytically review it and show where problems are to leverage time correctly

5. Earn & Retain Respect - Remain a positive, engaged and reliable mentor that your team members can depend upon and respect

Employment Requirements:
Prior work experience: At least 3 years of In-Home Sales or Sales Management experience in the construction industry (selling roofing, siding, gutters or windows is a bonus)
Educational degrees: High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Physical requirements: Physically fit with the ability to climb ladders, walk on roofs without being afraid of heights and enter crawl spaces and tight attics
Skill Requirements: Computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Miscellaneous requirements: Be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check (for you will be doing both)

Working Conditions:
Hours: Flexible - but expect to work at least 40-50 hour a week
Office Location: The Puget Sound area (our jobs are from Olympia to Bainbridge Island to Everett to Snoqualmie)
Necessary travel (what percent of the time): 50% of the time in the office, the other 50% in the field with your sales people.
